It is very classy: the room was big, quiet and cosy (actually it is better than it looks in the picture), the selling is high, hot water pressure is good, elevator going smooth and quiet, eating aria at 3 rd floor is very nice. “We booked eight days in rooms hotel of Georgia ,four days in Tbilisi,four days in Kazbegi,but it is a terrible experince. We booked the car in your hotel ,but the local stuff and the local diver are one group, they cheat travellers .we paid them 400 GEL ,but when we got on the car the driver said it was not enough,he put us in a Marshurka bus station and wanted more 150 GEL .The driver found many his driver friends to arround us ,to ask more money and to give us pressure. It is a terrible……
