I'd give this HOTEL 10 stars for sure. The staff is amazingly friendly, and the rooms, beddings, sheets, towels, and everything else are super clean. I'd give it 10 stars if it had parking :)

I enjoyed my stay. The hotel is clean & staff are accommodating. The only negatives were that the hallways smelled of cigarette smoke however I did not smell it in my room. Additionally, the hallways were extremely dark however this was only minimally impacting. The breakfast was good & available daily fron 7:30am-11am.

The location has 24/7 convenient stiore . The hotel shower was leaking, the water sprayed everywherel. The breakfast tasted horrible, and always short od scrambled eggs.

It was very clean. But the hallways was so dark that we had to use our cell phone light to find our room. Inside the room was very little light. There was no phone in the room, no fridge and also no reception desk. We had to check in by computer. If we needed something we asked the bartender.

Excellent housekeeping; very helpful, English speaking staff; stayed 20+ days and found te "double double" roomy with lovely, private terrace. Drawbacks: no refrigerators in rooms, you must request one; cigarette smoke densley permeates all floors. No printed receipt available at check-out. Laundry charges not clear; had to pay additional charges each of two times.

L’hôtel n’était pas mauvais, mais mon expérience n’a pas été très agréable. Il n’y a pas de réceptionniste présent à l’accueil. À l’arrivée, il faut faire soi-même le check-in sur une borne et récupérer la carte de la chambre. J’étais un peu perdu et j’ai dû attendre environ 7, 8 minutes avant qu’une personne du restaurant vienne m’aider.

Ein tolles Hotel! Das Episode Tbilisi ist modern, stilvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Zimmer waren sauber, ruhig und mit sehr bequemen Betten ausgestattet. Auch das Badezimmer war groß, modern und makellos sauber. Besonders positiv: Das Personal war sehr freundlich und sprach ausgezeichnet Englisch. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls top – viele Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Otel yeni ve güzeldi. Çift kişilik oda biraz küçüktü ama bu yine de konforumuzu kötü etkilemedi. Odamız her gün temizlenip toplandı ve birer şişe su ikram edildi. Restoranını hiç kullanmadım ve fiyatlarını bilmiyorum ama alan güzel ve nezihti.

Uns hat der Hotelservice insgesamt sehr gut gefall, das Hotelpersonal war sehr aufgeschlossen und zuvorkommend. Sehr freundlich. Ich weiß nicht, ob es zum Innenhof ruhigere Zimmer gibt. Es kann am Abend oder Morgen etwas lauter auf der Straße zugehen...Das Frühstück könnte etwas ausgebaut werden, es fehlt etwas Abwechslung...aber das kann auch meine Europäische Sichtweise sein . Ansonsten kann ich dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Vielen Dank
