“Check in was terrible - no staff on site just a cleaner - had to call for assistance - got hung up on. Started a chat told we hadn’t fully paid - go into the app and pay - tried but this didn’t exist on my app - Zoe - digital assistant finally got me our door code - and asked me to ensure I paid the environment tax of €4. “For some reason every shower we have been in Gozo has leaked all over the bathroom floor. The toilet paper here is cheap and very scratchy.

“The location is great. Minute walk from the bus stop. Also right next to the Marsalforn beach. Plenty of choices for dining places along the seaside.
The room is clean and tidy. Spacious enough for a person or two. The air conditioning is good as well. There was a problem with my wash basin but the staff was very helpful and was able to fix it when I am out.
There is a balcony in room but the view from there was poor. The breakfast provided is nice, not many choices but good.

“Zimmer war ansprechend groß und sauber. Personal etwas destruktive, aber freundlich. Viele Kleinigkeiten sind einfach alt und kaputt. Das Badezimmer ist zu klein und mit einem nicht so wirklich sauberen Duschvorhang. Beim Fernsehprogramm fehlt mindestens ein Sender auf deutsch. Das Frühstück ist furchtbar und langweilig. Das Ambiente im Restaurant und davor im Außenbereich ist nicht so toll. Gäste gehen lieber woanders hin essen und trinken. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach ist zu klein und niemand……
