Accueil moyen, chambre correcte sans plus, salle de bain"bof ! " Prix trop élevé par rapport à la prestation et surtout par rapport au chambres d'hôte. Le prix du petit déjeuner est bien plus cher que dans n'importe quel bar et surtout rien à voir avec un petit déjeuner complet, jus d'Orange synthétique , trés petites quantités et produits "de supermarché " !!!! Loin de la vieiie ville : 35 mn en bus !

Betonplattenbau im Charme der 70er

Leider ist das Zinmer nicht so eingerichtet gewesen wie beschrieben. Frühstücksbüffet war eher dürftig, man müsste schon früh aufstehen damit man genug bekam. Die Bars und Restaurants im Umfeld hatten noch geschlossen, dies wäre zum Zeitpunkt des Buchens wichtig gewesen, dann hätte man vielleicht nicht nur Frühstück gebucht. Man war auf ein Auto angewiesen. Die Betten waren schlecht und zu kurz. Die zusätzliche Schlafliege war garnicht erst vorhanden. Der Ausblick auf das Meer war eingeschränkt obwohl es anders bestellt war. Die Toilette war nicht ausreichend befestigt, daher lief auch immer Wasser aus dem Rohr heraus. Im Zimmer waren ungewollte Mitbewohner, Kakalaken! Deshalb sind wir früher abgereist und mussten dennoch den vollen Preis bezahlen.

Un ritorno al passato........arredamento piuttosto agee , molte manutenzioni da fare..... La cosa più divertente che ci siamo inventati : il totoletto , ovvero indovinare quale , quanti , letti sarebbero stati rifatti quel giorno , uno , due o nessuno.........; posizione interessante e centrale per le varie visite che si possono fare sul territorio , Mostar , Dubrovnik , Međugorje ecc. Cucina da sopravvivenza ma a quel prezzo non si può pretendere molto di più. Consigliato a chi si adatta ed in albergo .....ci sta poco , ottimo il parcheggio. Ugo & Carla

Disappointed

We have reserved a room in hotel Laguna but they tried to move us in hotel Labineca. They said that room that we booked is "sold" and "reserved". They offered us a room in Laguna but without air condition and balcony. After 45 min. fighting they gave us the room we had paid for. Hotel is in a very bad condition, old and dirty.

Alle-y vite !

Un hôtel qui fleure bon les temps anciens, "Goodbye Lenine" pour tous :-), un peu vieillot et à la salle à manger en hall de gare, mais confortable, agréable, très bien situé, la plage à deux pas et le centre du village à trois... Personnel agréable, petit déjeuner impeccable, excellent rapport quaité-prix

Ugly, Old and Rundown Soviet-era Building

This was awful. The hotel was overbooked and so they put me in an outbuilding. Besides having the key and the manager say "D" building it was marked as "A" building. I had to go back and forth until the manager clarified. It was like a Soviet-era apartment. Dirty, ugly and run down. It has no WiFi, no television, and single cot-like beds that I had to make myself. The manager apologized when I arrived that they were overbooked. He offered me a discount because he had to put me up in this bunker-like building.

Potentiel non exploité, accueil à notre arrivée incorrect, la receptionniste ne trouvait pas notre résa ce qui l'a beaucoup perturbée. Le bonjour n'existe pas et on nous ignore complètement! !!!
