Schöne Wohnung
Saubere und gepflegte Wohnung in Strandnähe in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben.Bäcker und Supermarkt in der Nähe. 20 Minuten zu Fuß in die Altstadt. Der freundliche Vermieter Marco ist bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mitten in Grado
Die Wohnung ist hell und freundlich. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter in Englisch war sehr gut. Er stand auch nach der Übergabe der Wohnung für Fragen zur Verfügung und hat uns noch ein paar Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung mitgegeben.

Die Wohnung sehr schön und sauber, alles in der Nähe, Bäckerei, Lebensmittel Geschäft, ca. 5 bis 8min zu fuss an den Strand. Mit Klima 🙏in der Wohnung und welan. Würde nochmal dort buchen..... 😉

Wunderschöner Urlaub in Grado
Marco ist als Vermieter sehr zuverlässig, steht einem mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, immer erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Minuten vom Strand entfernt. Tolle Spielplätze für Kinder in der Nähe und am Strand. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne, erholsame Zeit 🤩

Leider böse Überraschung nach Abreise: 100 Euro für Mückengitter als Gebühr erhoben, das wir angeblich kaputt gemacht haben. Wir wollten nicht streiten, haben um Rechnung für Versicherung gebeten. Trotz mehrfacher Bitte und Einschaltung der Agentur nie erhalten. 1 Jahr verstrichen. Hände weg von solchen Vermietern

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Wir hatten eine Garage, in der wir das Auto und die Fahrräder einstellen konnten. Die Lage war für uns perfekt. Ruhig und doch schnell am Strand oder an der Lagune. Einkaufen, Busverbindung, Radwege..... alles in unmittelbarer Nähe. Da auch das Wetter perfekt war, haben wir die Tage in Grado sehr genossen.

Sehr schöne Wohnung,gut eingerichtet mit einer guten Lage mit schöner Aussicht .Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeit nur 5 Minuten entfernt,Bäcker um die Ecke und viele Restaurants in der Nähe.Wir hatten sehr guten Kontakt mit dem sehr freundlichen Wohnungs Besitzer Marco.Wir können die Wohnung garantiert weiter empfehlen.Mit freundlichen Grüssen Fam.Dreher.
