I have stayed here a few times now and I am always impressed with this hotel. The hotel is always spotlessly clean and the staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Good choice of quality food available for breakfast.

This is my go-to hotel in Grado. It is modern and clean and more comparable to international hotel standards than most hotels. It's walking distance to the old town. If you get a room on the side of the laguna, you have kind of a cute view of Italian boats. There are a few things I wish the hotel did differently. The AC could go a little bit lower as in some rooms, it doesn't quite get the job done (although it is OK, especially for an Italian hotel). I with the hotel had a pool. Or at least, I wish the hotel had more shaded seating on the roof-top terrasse. Without any sun protection, it is just too hot to sit up there, which pretty much nullifies that they even have that. And I am just not going to use the small indoor pool. I guess perhaps that makes more sense in the winter, but I have only visited in the summer. I like the breakfast they offer. The staff has always been great. And when in Italy, you generally have the problem that the hotel standard isn't close to international hotel standards. I like visiting Grado for a few days, as the old town is just incredible. But for the longest time, not having an adequate hotel was a downer to me, especially compared to many of the international locations I go to. But this hotel has become my favorite. It's obviously not a 5-star experience, but it isn't claiming to be. And the price is more than fair. I'd recommend it, unless you expect a pool.

Excellent stay in Grado

Hotel was excellent with helpful front of house staff. Location worked for us as we could easily walk into the town center. Breakfast was very good. Only irritation was that while it is a non-smoking hotel they allow smoking on balconies and don’t separate those who want to do so from others. We had smokers next door and this precluded us getting fresh air and using the balcony.

Nice hotel could do with a few minor changes

Hotel staff very friendly especially the receptionists. Nice clean hotel. A few things could make it better > 1. A cool swimming pool for those super hot days. 2. Breakfast in bed Service. 3. Sky Sports TV channels. 4. The open outside space next to the bar, I would use that space and put either an outdoor infinity swimming pool there or seating for a restaurant. Currently its wasted space and you should make good use of the lovely view instead of an almost empty seating area (just a suggestion) I would stay in this hotel again.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Das Personal durchweg so freundlich, wie ich es noch nirgendwo anders erlebt habe. Der Frühstückstisch war morgens für uns bereits gedeckt und mit einem Hochstuhl für unser 10 Monate alten Sohn ausgestattet. Während des Frühstücks wurde durch das Personal auch immer wieder kurz mit ihm interagiert. Das Zimmer war in einem perfekten Zustand und sehr sauber. Es wurde täglich gründlich gereinigt. Genau so wünscht man es sich. Pool und Spa Bereich waren wie beschrieben. Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen in jeder Hinsicht übertroffen und ist eine absolute Empfehlung, auch für Familien mit Kindern. Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen.

Die Anlage ist einmalig, da gibt es nichts zu bemängeln, Frühstück ist auch Wahnsinn, sehr frisch, große Auswahl und super lecker. Wenn man in Grado unterwegs ist, muss man auf jeden Fall dieses Hotel nehmen.
