"My wife and I selected Palmer House based on the photos on VRBO. Upon driving the property towards our room we suddenly realized things looked different. Upon entering the room we noticed a distinct smell. The bathroom shown online looks very nice and updated with a beautiful shower, white cabinets and looked very modern. Ours was nothing like that. "Beautiful Inn however, the fridge should be lifted off the floor. It’s too low. A small broom and dust pan would be nice to sweep up the dirt that treks in from the dirt parking lot and walk ways. Upgrade full size beds to at least two Queen size beds."

"We loved our stay at the Black Bear! The check-in went smoothly with desk staff, Noah. She was very helpful and went over everything about our stay. The room was very clean. The hot tub was very nice and clean and a welcome after a day on the slopes. The shuttle to the mountain was great and ran frequently. The breakfast was always hot and had many options. We would definitely stay there again!"
