Front staff was very helpful. I left something in the room at checkout and they contacted me to ship it to me. All staff was helpful. Hotel had an elevator problem but I’m sure that is temporary.

The cooked breakfast was mediocre but free but the yogurts and cereals were good. The property in general is shabby and in need of repair and updates. The bathtub porcelain was chipped and discolored. And we had a bug issue in the bathroom and occasionally a bug on the tv cabinet.

Staff was the nicest and most helpful! Rooms seemed clean and fresh, lovely bed. The shower did not appear to be cleaned and behind the curtain was someone else’s hairs. Other than the shower, we enjoyed the stay.

Elevator broke the entire 4 days I was there. My room was never cleaned in 4 days. When I inquired about it they told me I was supposed to request a room cleaning. Never have I ever had to request a cleaning at past hotels. Microwave did not work. Tub was gross and the ceiling had patches but not painted. Peeling paint at the entrance. Would never stay there again.

The elevator wasn’t working, unfortunately, I didn’t see that in the March 6 review, as of March 20, it still was not working. My husband physically struggles to do one floor of steps and my daughter had to hike her archery case up 3 floors- it is very heavy. They said they were sorry he was put on the 3rd floor. But it was done anyway. That would be a total deal breaker for us. That needs to be disclosed during booking, some people it would not matter.
