I switched from another hotel that had a moldy smell and poor wifi, and I'm so glad I did. The welcome drinks were tasty, the bed was comfy, white sheets and clean towels, rooms are modern, hot water available for bathing and the wifi was good. The staff were friendly, and breakfast had great options. The hotel is in a walkable location, and service was excellent. Highly recommend!

This hotel is fairly new so alot of construction is still happening and the road leading to the property is a bit rough. However, the staff is so pleasant and helpful. Breakfast was delicious my entire stay and the hotel is very clean, rooms are also spacious. The bed was huge but way too hard for my liking so made it a bit uncomfortable. great hotel and service

I have never been to a hotel with staff this wonderful. The views are idealic. The restaurant on site was excellent and a good value. We felt at home very quickly. The hotel only has 10 total rooms. We were able to chop it up and meet other guests. A+. Staff always cheerful and helpful! I only have one complaint that is the same at every other hotel I have stayed at around Lake Atitlan. That complaint is the dogs! They are barking all night and here is a disco which can get rather loud. The hotel actually has ear plugs laid out for guests when they checkin.
