Beautiful property and the rooms are comfortable with a lot of thoughtful touches.

The room was reasonably comfortable and all on one level, however many of the one bedroom units are in the basement of a 4 unit building. This means the rooms are dark and going down a full flight of steep stairs is necessary to reach the downstairs unit. This was not disclosed in any of the information available upon booking and could be a deal killer for those seeking a single level unit with little or no stairs. Furthermore the upstairs unit above this one has a shared door that allows all sounds and noises to heard. In our case a barking dog in the upper unit. Upon checkout we were told pets weren't allowed but we saw plenty of violations. Also the balcony of the upper unit is directly above the lower unit's. This could be a privacy issue for some.

It's a unique experience, the rooms are themed nice, are clean, and provide for an amazing night sky and sunset views. The onsite horseback riding activity (~$70/person + tip) is nice, especially if you have young kids. Key drawbacks 1) Value for the money - paid approx. $500/night for the room, with no/limited activities included with the price 2) Onsite food options are ok at best, and over priced 3) Room comfort - The room (dome) gets really hot during summer months between 2 PM and 5:30 PM. There is a single unit mini split AC, but it only cools in its immediate vicinity, with the temperatures on the other side of the room reaching 95+ degree Fahrenheit.
