The garbages were overflowing out front and had an awful smell. Someone had left a huge garbage bag and pizza boxes out by the elevator it was there during our entire stay. The air conditioner was so loud but if you didn’t have it on the room was so hot. There was so much trash and puke around the pool area. The video games they offered were all scratched up and kept glitching.

Loved everything about this hotel. Absolutely gorgeous. Only small thing (and not a criticism as everyone is different) but the pillows were too firm for me. Will stay here again Without hesitation.

We have stayed here several times. Both our last trip, and this one, the air conditioning never worked. Staff was great to offer a fan and bring one to the room, but the room gets into the mid-70s which for me is not comfortable. Clearly previous guests felt the same way as the thermostat was set ...
