Bring your family and relax in the comfort of this 3-bedroom, 2-bath vacation rental house in the North area of Grand Junction with a 2 car garage. This home is perfect for both an extended trip or for a short stay. This home can accommodate 6 travelers.

Home is located under 10 minutes from St Mary's Regional Hospital, Community Hospital, Colorado Mesa University, downtown Grand Junction's shopping, restaurants and bars, and Canyon View Park. Easy Access to Interstate 70 makes connecting to the wineries in Palisade and Bike Trails in Fruita a quick trip.

This cute home is a ranch style property with no stairs. 3 complete bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. Kitchen with large pantry and a dining space directly off the kitchen with seating for a 6 which opens to a living space with a great couch and loveseat. All bedrooms are located together on the other end of the house. There is a full laundry with washer and dryer.

We hope you'll find attention to detail in everything we have done to this home. This home has been decorated so you can relax and enjoy your time away. Endless entertainment is accessible via the flat-screen cable Smart TV for your viewing pleasure in both the living space and the primary suite.

Home-cooked meals will be effortless using the fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances. You can find a grocery store just minutes away for your culinary convenience. We have tried to think of everything a family might need for their get away.

For a summertime barbecue, don't forget to utilize the gas grill out on the patio. You can always head just a 5 minute drive to Canyon View Park which offers play equipment for the kids, picnic tables and BBQ's, a great walking trail, and open space with lots of grass. This park also hosts a variety of youth sporting events throughout the year including football, soccer, lacrosse, baseball and more.

If you're in the mood to shop, this home is within a 5-minute drive of a variety of shopping centers. Mesa Mall is located just a couple of miles away along a variety of other shopping options. Plan a day trip to explore the natural beauty in Grand Mesa. Situated 1.5 hours from this home, Grand Mesa is sure to delight travelers of all ages with views of over 80 lakes and miles of scenic hiking trails.

The Grand Junction Visitor Center offers a variety of information on what the Grand Valley has to offer. Wineries, we have them. Golf, we have those too. Like to play in the water, yep, Colorado River runs right through town. Don't forget the world class biking and hiking trails nearby.

Thanksgiving weekend

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here while visiting our daughter who attends CMU. It was just what we needed to be together and enjoy the Thanksgiving holiday. Loved the open kitchen/living area. Clean, quiet. Would definitely recommend.

Modern, updated place. Great for a small group of people or family. Easy access to everything in GJ. Really appreciated the use of the garage, most units I've stayed don't have garage access. We had a perfect stay.

Great weekend get away

Very nice home, beautifully furnished and clean. Had some traffic noise from the master bedroom. Guest rooms were very comfortable, but could have used black out curtains. Overall a very nice place to stay!

Gorgeous, recently remodeled home!

This place is fantastic! Whoever decorated this place has excellent taste! The house looked great, it felt great and it was well designed for short term renters! It has every appliance you could ever want, the backyard is great, plenty of seating and beds! They provided coffee and laundry detergent pods. It's conveniently located and in a well established neighborhood. We felt very safe there. I'd highly recommend this place!

Beautiful house

The house is beautiful and comfortable. The property manager was very responsive, even getting a plumber over within a couple of hours of the sink getting clogged on a Saturday. Plenty of towels and dishes to cook with. We had 10 for dinner on Saturday and it was easy to do there! Great experience!

Awesome property

Love her stay here. Lots of space and comfy beds. It’s an older property, but well cared for and nicely decorated. Quiet neighborhood. Easy driving distance to restaurants shopping parks. Whether you are adults or kids, check out the banana amusement center. We played mini golf and it was so fun. Also, don’t skip Enstroms for their butter almond toffee. The only thing we didn’t care for were the showerheads. They were a little inconvenient and kind of sprayed all over, but in the big scheme of things no big deal.

Nice property

Very nice well kept property. Decent location. Well stocked, great amenities. Very nice backyard. Nice quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. Nice to have a clean/ open two car garage. Owner was very responsive and helpful. Furniture was really nice and tons of drawer space was great. Swamp cooler and fans are not enough to keep up with grand junction summer heat. Master bed frame is extremely squeaky and hard to sleep. Kitchen sink drain is rusted out and needs replaced. Whatever the weird rug things are in the bathtubs are gross and should be thrown out.

Do not stay if sensitive/allergic to scents

The house was as advertised as far as layout and is very comfortable for someone with a walker. Very comfortable couches too. We did have to clean the oven before using it and the stove had some residue. But ultimately the reason for the lower overall review is that the house was completely scented by plugins. We have people in our family who are allergic to chemically scented plugins and I should have checked with the owner but we have never had a problem at the 10+ VRBOs we have stayed in. The strong scent got into everything and seemed to be covering some underlying dog or smoke smells. It caused some allergic reactions. Don’t recommend for anyone even partially allergic to scent plugins.
