Casa remodelada de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, con impresionantes vistas desde el porche delantero, muebles nuevos, madera noble y nueva iluminación en todas partes. Patio muy privado con un nuevo spa y parrilla. La casa club, el bar y el restaurante del campo de golf Tiara Rado están a 2 minutos a pie. Trailheads acceder al Monumento Nacional de Colorado están a 5 minutos en coche. El centro y las tiendas están a 10 minutos en coche. Moab, Glenwood Springs, las montañas de San Juan, Black Canyon y otros innumerables senderos se encuentran a una hora y media en automóvil. Grand Junction es la marca intermedia entre las áreas de Vail / Aspen y Telluride, que se encuentran a 2 horas en automóvil. Was not aware that it’s a duplex either, which isn’t a huge deal. I sent the host a message and never heard back, messaged them again two weeks later and after two days got a reply. Tried to use the oven and it wasn’t clean, so had to deal with a smokey house from the stuff that got cooked off. Couches are SO uncomfortable, and the loveseat has a broken arm rest. There was an empty glade plugged in and also a bath and body works infuser plugged in, which is super toxic, and makes you wonder what they are trying to cover up. Lastly, there are bug traps EVERYWHERE. Same price as the hotel we were going to stay at but better location. CO National Monument is right there! We feel the property needs a little TLC and a better cleaning. The bottom of the kitchen cupboards were very dirty, the house had a stale smell so we opened the windows to keep the air flowing (and screens were full of bugs), the front screens/windows are very dirty so you can't see out of them at certain points throughout the day (depending on the light) and the bedroom heater/radiator vent is falling apart and full of dead insects.I don't think we would stay there again because we like things very clean and tidy. ##### Linda H. That was a plus but initially the property said it would house 7 but in reality only 5\. There was no mention of a roll out couch to serve as a bed. No one wants to sleep on that. When I contacted the host, he stated that the owner does the description Also, upon arrival there was no heat. Batteries had to be purchased and replaced. The backyard area was I overgrown and not inviting at all. Communications were sub par. Last email was never responded to and there were others things. . Price per night was good ##### John M. Food options were nearby in Fruita. We went to Arches and Canyonlands while staying here and headed over to Black Canyon of the Gunnison after our adventures at Colorado National Monument. All were within a reasonable drive from this location. The house was clean and had all of the basics needed (including coffee!!!)Hot tub was wonderful to soak our sore mucsles in after all day hiking. My only complaint is that the beds were not comfortable at all. Our muscles and joints were fatigued from hiking. The beds offered no comfort. Very firm. They are just hard memory foam. Super easy check in and check out. Had some bottled water in the fridge was a great touch. Got to relax in the hot tub after moving which was awesome. ##### Holly M. There were marks on table from previous guests marks on cupboards and walls not sanitized couldn't even feel comfortable going in hot tub from the appearance of not being cleaned, the corners and buttons brown and dirty. And the hot tub is our favorite part of a VRBO. But the furniture was nice, super spacious for us, great washer dryer and big bed. ##### Patty D. We visited the nearby Ute Canyon. Hiked 6 miles there, spent time in the wineries and then of course hikes on the way home back to Salt Lake City. Everything about this place was perfect. it does need quite a few repairs, but most importantly the beds are comfortable and the place was clean. . We were outside and away most of the time. Conducive furnishings for cards, games and chatting. the air conditioner didn't always work properly. that might be a problem in the summer . we just opened the windows. ##### Teresa L. I am a huge football and tennis fan. we had to go to my brother's house to watch Thurs. nite football. i missed the entire U.S. Open tennis grand slam. Also, the main bathroom was not clean as it should have been. There was a small pile of hair in a dust ball! I couldn't take a picture as I have a flip phone.
