“Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.”

“Last minute room but was surprisingly very clean inside and very quiet despite it being spring break. The bathroom looks to just been remodeled and tub very clean. The cleaners worked very hard and I think management actually cares about their property. Can’t control the people that pay for rooms but they do control the noise and smoking thank goodness. The ice machine doesn’t work but the day I was leaving learned you can go to the desk and they will provide it. The pool was very clean and……

“This was the worse beach experience ever. The room I will say was pretty decent 3 beds. Only one room had tv, fridge too small for barely anything, not enough towels and rags. We had 5 guest and only received for 3 people. The area is very loud, people on drugs, and no respect for others who are trying to rest. On top of that there was no one at desk thru the night. When it was time to check out it took 3 hrs for anyone to come to the desk. We weren’t able to go do anything when we woke to leave……
