“Check-in experience was extremely unprofessional and terrible. Facilities were too old and the room was too small. Didn’t worth the money we paid!”

And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

The hotel feels very old, and the furniture is worn out and outdated. For this price, I could have easily booked a much better and more comfortable hotel. The services I paid for did not meet my expectations, and overall the experience was disappointing. I also believe the rating on Expedia is significantly overrated and should be reconsidered.
