Grant Grove Village Vacations from $245

We found this place as we were coming back from Villa de Guadalupe and wanted to discover Imperial Beach. The owners are very responsive as in too much. I had reached out since we arrived 30 minutes before check in to see if they would accommodate and they didnt. Had to wait till 4pm. They asked if I had a vehicle and luckily I didnt in which they told me "ooh parking wouldn't be available". As we were waiting for 4pm, we couldnt help but noticed the eyesore Toyota Camry with expired Nevada plates that looked like it came back from Burning Man. The Bungalows and surrounding area is nice but you see this hideous thing and you wonder why. Next morning still sleeping, I see a text at 7:15am, a missed call at 8:36 bugging and reminding of the check out. Its annoying and well aware that I need to leave since I have a flight to catch. Granted if it was Thanksgiving weekend, spring break or summer I could understand but com'on excessive much. This is also setup as an Airbrb and should be on that platform and not Expedia. Room is nice and reminds me of San Miguel De Allende and perhaps they visited and decided to turn this into something like this.

This apartment was perfect for what we needed. It is central to many parts so you could walk if you wanted. We did rent a car so it was great that free parking for 2 spots was available. It was clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. I'd likely come and stay again when I am back in the area

Blinds were broken in room, so constant light and people could see right in. Had to put my sweatshirt in the cracks of the blinds for privacy. Only two towels. Plugs in bathroom did not work, the top one was so loose you couldn’t use it. Room was old but clean.
