“Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zum Fährhafen war gut. Das Frühsrück war liebevoll und abwechslungsreich. Die Zimmer allerdings nicht wie auf der Website beschrieben, viel kleiner. Das Möbiliar wurde schon lang nicht mehr gewartet: kaputter Duschschlauch und ein Badezimmerschrank der an einer Seite stark locker war und herunter hing. Im anderen Zimmer war ein Riss in der Bettdecke- was allerdings schnell behoben wurde.”

“On arrival the chateau looked beautiful. It’s a really authentic French experience. Check in was smooth and the grounds were beautiful. We were only here for a brief stop off. Not too much around the area in terms of provisions but we had eaten before arrival and the resturant looked lovely. We had a drink in the bar area and that was nice and quiet. Would recommend to others clean, comfortable stay in beautiful surroundings.”

“Great location to access Calais Plage and the Eurotunnel. Clean and comfy and very pleasant staff. If booking via Expedia be aware that most people (including myself) were under the impression they had already paid but hadn't. Payment is taken on arrival which suprised me and the fsmily in front of us and many other customers according to the lady on reception. This is an issue with Expedia booking process though and not the hotel itself.”
