However while other reviews say the rooms are clean our room absolutely stunk of stale smoke and was not a pleasant experience. Although the room was non smoking clearly a strive for continuous improvement does not include improving the overall experience of the room itself. I'm afraid our room needed a complete overhaul but given its location I doubt this will be high on the hotel's agenda. Will look elsewhere when next in the same situation.
