"We used this house as our home base for the Halloween weekend at Higgins State Park where my son was staying with his family. It was a great relaxing place to come back to after our fun family filled day at the state park. We would love coming back and staying here again as my son frequently stays at the campground with his family. "

"Hotel grounds look terrible. Carpet on Stairway steps is loose and is a trip hazard.
Would not stay here again. Trash and cigarette butts around the parkig lot. Needs a lot of improvement."
