Great Northern Carousel Tours

This hotel was dirty. Firstly floors when you enter the building, garbage was overflowing the entry garbage can and it remained that way throughout our checkout. The door at the back of the building leading to the rooms was not locked or secured in any way. There was a camera above the door however. Upon entry through the back door, the garbage was full with an andded box of garbage that remained there through the night until our check out the next day. Our room was equally dirty. Floors not vacuumed properly, fridge was dirty inside, microwave had fingerprints all over the handle so I didn’t open it. Some sort of substance was smeared on the walls and curtains. Stains on the floors and bedsheets. Comfortable bed. Tv worked great. WiFi was amazing and easily connected. I don’t mind it being a bit outdated, however I feel it should at least be clean. I put a towel down to shower because there was a soap wrapper in the shower so I was unsure if it had been sanitized.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We were out of a couple things in our room and when we asked they delivered them promptly. We hope to stay here again it was a beautiful place. Our only concern was we hope to ask to stay on the 3rd floor and away from the hospitality rooms. It truly was a wonderful stay.
