The check in process was smooth . We had some issues finding the key box but figured it out ultimately . The cottage was clean ,had every amenity we wanted and even had a extra pack and play and a sofa bed . TV had Netflix etc . Staples all present in the kitchen . Nice big place . No issues at all we had a lovely time .check out was smooth and easy .
Close to cabendish beach and all other amenities including sandspit

There was no TV in the room, which was hard for us with two young kids. The bathroom didn't have a hair dryer which was hard on my wife. The building itself is located right in the heart of downtown Charlottetown, which was good. The room was otherwise clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly, but seemed to lack experience dealing with families with young children. They gave us free tickets for a movie in a nearby cinema, but it was for an R-rated movie, and we didn't know. We walked out right away.
