“The location and property did not meet my standards Once entering the so called Condo there was an old and musty odor to it. I reached out to yhe property owner and it was nearly 2 hours later before she responded. Remind you the address was not provided until the day before and I normally do an aerial view to see what it would ok like. Meantime due to lack of proper communication I ended up having to rent a hotel. ”

“Excellent location and a very nice unit, but unfortunately we had another family walk in on us one day while we were relaxing due to an error on the owners behalf. I have never had this happen before. This left an unsettling feeling for the rest of the trip and certainly got that family off on the wrong foot. Unfortunately this is why I cannot givr the place more than 3 stars. Hopefully this gets corrected. ”

“First: The location is great! Much of NOLA is within walking distance, without the constant noise of the Quarter. The Uptown Mardi Gras parades pass a block away.Second: The beds are crazy comfortable and we woke with no aches or pains, a rarity for hotels and VRBOs. The rest of the flat is well-maintained and comfortable.Third: The host is super-responsive and pleasant. We'll definitely be back.”

“Two blocks from Burbon street. Dealing with sirens, noise and the homeless topped the negative side. Building very safe and secure. Very clean and modern furnished.”

“We really enjoyed the location which was one block from the streetcar stop. We could go one direction to the French Quarter and the other to the Garden District. The space is great for a family. Unfortunately, the beds are quite uncomfortable and the furnishings aren't adequate for the number of people it can accommodate. For example, it sleeps 6 but only 4 can sit in the living room.”

“It was very clean, the linens were SPARSE!! No dishtowel, 2 washcloths, 3 towels for 3 people. The email about checkout going to charge for an extra night if not vacated by 10 am seemed harsh and greedy, especially after the cheapness of the less than 1 facecloth per guest and no conditioner. The hardwood floors have a few large holes that could be dangerous. I'd bring my own toiletries and stay again, realizing you cannot use the bathtub and need to bring your own facecloths, no handtowels……

“Host communication was excellent. Check in and check out instructions clear and concise. Place was as described. Good location, well lit up at night, with a short walk to the Canal St trolley cars making it easy to get to French Quarter, good restaurants and other locations. No need for a car with Whole Foods, Trader Joes and other grocery stores within walking distance. Place was clean and back yard set up is great for relaxing and hanging out. Mattresses ok but wish the bed frames did not……
