“Loved staying right on Bourbon Street! The location was perfect for exploring the French Quarter on foot, with restaurants, music, nightlife, and attractions just steps away. One of my favourite moments was sitting on the balcony, listening to the street performers and soaking up the New Orleans atmosphere! Being on Bourbon Street, you can definitely hear the nightlife, but I came prepared with ear plugs and slept very well. If you want to be right in the middle of the action and experience……

“Arrived at the hotel and was immediately underwhelmed, it is not the usual hyatt quality one would expect. Multiple maintenance issues including elevators that do not consistently work (key card reader) and a very loud buzzing sound that can be heard from all of the guest rooms and atrium area apparently this is due to an HVAC issue that the staff can't fix. I really enjoyed the decor throughout the lobby and rooms, and our room was spacious with a very comfortable bed. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and sanitation issues really impacted our stay. The shower was one of the nastiest I’ve encountered in a hotel, and the third-floor ice machine had visible mold floating in the ice, ruining several drinks we made in our room. “What an absolutely terrible experience. Arrived after midnight, to be told there was no parking. No alternative was off bird. I was instructed that cars parked on the road were being towed. The booking on Expedia as well as their company site says that in the event of a full lot, a spot will be provided at a shop, a block and a half away. That was not the instance.
