Stayed here in October 2025 on a business trip where I had meetings at the University of Toronto nearby. The property managers were super-responsive via text messaging, including making sure my arrival & check-in/obtaining the room keys went smoothly. Clean, great location right next to U of T, & super walkable with tons of dining nearby. Checkout was easy, and my deposit was returned as promised with no issues. Would stay here again!

Terry and I had a wonderful stay at The Hazelton Hotel this past Saturday night. From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional—warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to making our stay special. Our room was beautiful, impeccably maintained, and incredibly comfortable. It felt like a true luxury retreat, with every detail thoughtfully considered. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food—everything we ordered was delicious and well-prepared. A highlight of my stay was the facial at the spa , which was relaxing and expertly done. It added an extra layer of indulgence to an already memorable experience. We would absolutely recommend The Hazelton Hotel to anyone looking for a refined and relaxing getaway, and we’re already looking forward to our next visit.

Absolutely stunning view. Apartment was adequately equipped and maintained. Our room hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived but once I contacted the owner they organised a team who were there within the hour. The owner (or rather the agency working for the owner) was very good at keeping in touch.

The unit was clean, and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Location was good. Many different restaurants within walking distance, including a supermarket Loblaws. Communication with the Global Stay team was efficient. We have enjoyed our stay.
