"Clean room. Friendly staff, special mention to Sarah (reception) who was just lovely and really left an impression. Beautiful bar area. Whole place is very clean and welcoming "
"Last stayed in this hotel about 7 years ago.
Booked into a suite which was still great value.
It’s an older hotel but very well maintained, Breakfast was excellent too.
Great location in the city center.

"Great breakfast choice. Check in & out easy. Had an accessible room which we didn’t book, lots of space in the room but bed was small double, could have done with king size bed but that’s our choice. Could also hear noise from next room through the connecting door, coughing and hair dryer. Easy access for parking, railway station and shopping. Would stay again but request king size bed if available or twin beds."
"Excellent base for an overnight stay as directly opposite the train station and Union Square shopping centre for food and shops.
Staff were extremely helpful and friendly and the hotel was spotless.
Our room (230) was huge and very clean. Bathroom was nice and modern. Furniture was a bit of a,mismatch but perfectly functional. Only downside was the roasting hot radiator that wouldn't turn down.
Would definitely recommend and will stay here again. "
"Hotel nice and clean with very friendly and helpful staff. Limited hotel parking so book that in advance, but there is a good multi-story car park just 100 yards away which is reasonably priced if there is no space at the hotel."
