Kumara Historic Cottages - Hostel
At the time of writing, this hotel has a 9.2 on Expedia. That is truly absurd. This hotel is old (they don’t call it “historic” for nothing) and run down (featuring peeling wallpaper, a saggy matress, threadbare carpet and a kitchen that looks like it was built in the 80s). Beachfront Hotel
Room was spotless & the view of the sea was outstanding & so relaxing. The staff were so friendly , perfect choice, just sorry we couldn’t stay longer.

The Ashley Hotel
The room was clean and comfortable. We only stayed for 1 night and only need a good night sleep as we been doing a road trip. Did not use the bar or restaurant. A good night sleep and rest that’s all we need which we achieved. Parking was easy.
