Property is perfect. Literally next to train station. 2 min walk to bus stop. Market close by. Rooms have balcony for smoking so that’s perfect for me as I’m a cigar smoker. Great views while smoking. Highly recommended

All staffs are very nice and have good services mind. We got to hotel around 9 pm, but the staffs still had smiling & greet. Moreover, at 10 pm we were so starving, no where open and actually so does the hotel restaurant, but they told us they can make some easy plates fir us. Yes, we got the good pasta plates and they made us sleep well.

The Reception Personnel are exceptional and the bulk of the Wait Staff are also exceptional. However, the dining experiences was disappointing - we signed up for a meal on a Thursday; and then Friday evening we were informed that the Rump steak was replaced by Veal Shoulder steak (grizzle and fat). This was explained by a logistics issue - however, it was offered the next night when the hotel had more patrons. But, then they also replaced the Creme Brulee with a Pear Tart? Now to the Hotel's credit, they did comp our meals - but, we were not in search of money, we were in search of a good meal.

It was excellent. I really enjoyed it. We had a very good rest in the room even though we were just next to the train station. It was really clean. Food was good. We didn’t eat in the restaurant. I have only one complaint and those who come by car should pay special care. The parking spot is tight and insufficient when many are logged. Insist that they reserve you a place or find yourself a different deal beforehand. The place is kind of expensive if you take into account in Zürich 5 star hotels cost less. Otherwise I totally recommend the property.

Extremely convenient hotel located right beside the train station of grindelwald. Good breakfast, nice view, and walking distance to eateries/convenience stores.
