The area was exquisite, the room was comfortable, and the staff was always available and friendly. The one thing we thought was strange and didn't like were the door handles on the closets. They seemed to be dear horns. They were extremely sharp and dangerous. Had either of us lost our balance near one and fell into it we could have been badly injured. They didn't make sense to the motif of the hotel so we couldn't understand why they were there.

We loved our stay! The rooms, balcony and amenities are superb. hotel is in an excellent location. There is a walk/run/cycle path that takes u to the lake trail in less than 10 minutes. The trail is a sanctuary for birds and is beautiful. You can swim in warmer weather. The hotel is also close to the city but far enough away that you don’t feel you are in the middle of all the hustle and bustle of the stores. Can’t say enough…

Good hotel, friendly staff!
The owners are very helpful and friendly, check-in was easy. The rooms are clean and the SPA is of high quality. The (temporary) breakfast set-up was nice, though some of our orders did not come through but it is understandable during COVID times. The location is not far from Interlaken-West station and we loved to walk that short distance as there is an opportunity to see the major mountain tops from Salzano's neighboorhood.
