Fantastic location high up, overlooking the lake and mountains. About 20 minutes drive up from Interlaken but well worth the additional journey. A wonderful environment. Easy secure parking, very warm welcoming staff and a great restaurant. The rooms have fabulous views

Staff and hotel was fine, but no air-conditioning is deal breaker as in summer it was too hot & humid. Might be ok in winter. Also location was beautiful, but really inconvenient as the buses are limited and always full with people in summer with deadline to go back hotel. Uber and taxis were super expensive for this location.

Loved our stay here. The views were amazing and the spa area was so refreshing after a day of canyoning. I'm so thankful we chose this place over staying in town in Interlaken. We would definitely go back.

Loved our stay here. The views from the hotel are incredible. Service was excellent and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We did have trouble getting into the laundry as there is only 3 washing machines on site and it is a large hotel. They did however refund unused laundry tokens at reception. The location out of Interlaken, which is a 20min drive, made it a very peaceful place to stay. There are loads of activities auitable for families with young children. Breakfast was included with our booking and it was great. This place is a great option if you want to be close to Interlaken without all the crowds and traffic.

Two floor rooms were neat and tidy The one key input is to share with prospective guests, how easy it is to get from Interlaken train station the property by the hourly bus service - I almost didn’t book the property thinking it was too remote and isolated and difficult to get to without a car

Beautiful hotel, with very spacious rooms which are like mini apartments! Balconies have a stunning view of the mountains and lake. Great parking directly outside the hotel. Rooms have two levels, with kitchen and living space upstairs, and bathroom/bedroom downstairs. Breakfast was wonderful, great service from staff and picturesque view. Will definitely chose this hotel again.

Great hotel and wonderful location

A wonderful hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, and an amazing location overlooking the lake. The only drawback was no AC in the rooms. Which is fairly standard in this part of the world. They don’t deliver room service to your room but will put an order on trays at the restaurant you can carry yourself to your room.

The staff is polite , nice and helpful . The hotel has a good buffet . View from the room is outstanding . The transportation is at door step . 20 minutes away from main Interlaken train station , super convenient .

The hotel was clean and the workers were okay we did arrive and have a younger woman who wasn’t very friendly but besides her the other workers were nice, however the beds are extremely uncomfortable and the pillows are extremely flat! It also was an inconvenience having two twin beds pushed together to make one bed especially all the money we spent. The view was spectacular free breakfast was very delicious and free parking was a major perk!

Great aspects of this hotel - rooms are huge, great breakfast, amazing views and parking nearby. Cons - you really do need a car to get to and from interlaken from the hotel and no supermarkets walking distance, it would be nice if the rooms had a kettle, also the website does not inform you about paying extra at the property for utensils for the kitchen - this was a shock to us when we arrived, it would be nice if the rooms were wooden flooring like most of the hotel, the carpet is quite dated but overall great value for money.

Awesome, yet a bit overcrowded hotel.

Everything was great. But count on that this hotel is quite busy and booked all the time. There is a lot of ppl of all races and religions. A lot of kids and a lot of noise at the dinners or breakfasts. But it is a lovely place to stay on your trip to Switzerland.
