We loved the different soaps provided e.g. body wash, shampoo, hand soap, conditioner. The breakfast was deliciously and you can request a fresh omelette thats cooked perfectly! Loved the shared amenities e.g. the wellness centre. It had a sauna (different rooms of varying temperatures), spa, ice room, cold showers. Of course the infinity pool with breathtaking views The rooms are a bit thin so you can hear people stomping or outside street noise. Rooms are a bit old but clean which is important to us. Mini fridge wasn't cold enough but not a big deal. Overall our stay was pleasant and we would return again.

The property is very convenient, although our room has an excellent mountain view but it’s located at the bottom floor or basement. I feel unsafe when leaving the door open at night because the room is too warm. The staff are friendly and accommodating, I will still recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

We had a wonderful 2 night stay! The room with a view of the Eiger was fantastic and we were able to enjoy our balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience!

Our room was really spacious and had a balcony which was excellent. The breakfast omelette was a real treat each morning. The hotel is in a great location. The outdoor pool is amazing.

Wow! Just wow! Fabulous hotel. Breakfast incredible. Views from the infinity pool are stunning. Staff helpful and friendly. Room views unbelievable. We had an amazing trip up Jungfraujoch. Highly recommended.
