“Fantastic stay with Mattia! So warm and inviting with the property going back to the 1700s and full view of the vineyards. My apartment had air conditioning on literally one of the hottest days in Europe! (20 degrees in the apartment!) Had the tasting and great breakfast there. He also provided lots of recommendations- truly a great stay.”

“Really well appointed and spacious apartment in gorgeous village of Smartno. Everything you could need and everything very close by in terms of food and drink options. Buffet breakfast was provided at a premises just around the corner. Comfy big bed.”

“Camera molto luminosa, pulitissima e fresca (condizionatore acceso ben prima che arrivassimo), letti comodi, bagno ampio. Colazione di ottimo livello con opzioni salate e dolci. Posizione stupenda, immersa nelle vigne. La proprietà è una cantina storica del Collio, i loro vini sono in degustazione presso la struttura e si possono acquistare con uno sconto dedicato. Sicuramente raccomandato!”

“Nous avons passé 2 belles nuits dans cet appartement. Il est bien situé pour faire le chemin historique de Kobarid. Décoration épurée et moderne. Agréable d'avoir accès à une cuisinette. Appartement lumineux avec ses puits de lumière. Possible de relaxer dans le bain à remous après une longue journée de marche (ou vélo). Je recommande.”

“This hotel is difficult to get to because the old city is closed to traffic. We circled for a good 30 min before we we able to get close enough to drop our bags. We parked in a parkafe not far from the property. Once we were finally there, it was amazing!”
