We had booked a quad deluxe room for 4 people with two double beds. Upon arrival we were given a room with one double bed. The staff, by their own account, had no idea whatsoever about the hotel and facilities. They asked to come see the room to confirm, which is unbelievable.
They weren't able to provide the booked room and we had to make do with two camping beds instead of our booked facilities.

In all my years of frequently travelling the HK for my job, I never checked in and been given a room that was occupied! Room 152 I was given and upon opening the door someone was in bed! Shocking! I reported to reception and the receptionist seemed relatively relaxed upon my statement.After checking into to an alternative room, I went down for dinner to be told all the tablets where fully booked until 8pm. The time now is 5.15. Not my best experience and I will not return
