"Room was absolutely stunning with a bay window looking out onto the water from the top floor. Staff were super helpful in carrying my bags up to the room and letting me store luggage there on my day of departure. Would relish the opportunity to stay here again:)"

"Having a self-service breakfast was very helpful for my requirements. The property was very clean and the room was large and comfortable. The proprietors were quite helpful but I am not sure that it was clear before I arrived that they were not resident on site. I may have missed something somewhere. They however weren't too difficult to get hold of and were pretty responsive but it can still be a bit disconcerting when you first arrive. I was able to leave my luggage while I was out for the day until my return transport was due and that was much appreciated. I would certainly stay here again."

Rooms we saw were spacious and clean We had a room at the back which was light and quiet- we neede a couple of recovery afternoon kips which were uninterrupted. Dinner was tasty & of really good quality and variety; breakfasts hearty with healthier/ continental options. 5 stars. Even locals confirmed best hotel in Shetland "
