Varis House is perfectly located to get around Lewrick. The accommodations were comfortable and when we needed something, we had a quick and great response from the hosts. Enjoyed the fresh baked goods and fresh fruit salad for breakfast. Thank you!

Our stay at Varis House was very pleasant as the accommodation provided everything we needed and the house benefits from being well located in Lerwick with the additional benefit of parking. The host was very informative on our arrival and ensured we had everything we required. Breakfast was very much a ‘help yourselves’ affair but there was a wide variety of food, materials for hot drinks and condiments available. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Une jolie résidence d époque avec une salle de déjeuner magnifique.Tres centrale autour de ce petit bijou qu est Lerwick.Sur plus d une semaine de séjour aucun ménage n a été effectué.Il aurait été bon de passer au moins l aspirateur une ou deux fois et de désinfecter les sanitaires.Dommage car le breakfast sel service était magnifique

The staff was very friendly, and willing to help find attractions, recommend restraunts, and offer local recommendations. A few in our party had limited mobility so the staff assisted carrying their bags. The staff really went above and beyond. The room and facility were very clean and home. It was the exact thing we were looking for and hope to return in the future.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel, personnel très sympa et disponible. Très bon emplacement. Petit déjeuner continental sous forme d'un buffet, beaucoup de choix et très bon. Bonne literie et propreté impeccable mais petit problème avec l'évacuation des toilettes. Sinon je recommande cet établissement !

Room was clean and tidy with on suite. The staff were friendly and took time to show us the facilities and spoke to us about the isles and the points of interest that we might want to visit while in Lerwick. Breakfast was continental and the choices on offer were plentiful including breads, fruits, yoghurts, spreads and home made cakes. Toast and a variety of hot drinks were also available. Off road parking was adjacent to the property. We would definitely stay there again.

I was on the top floor, which meant a lot of stairs, but the reward was a great sea view. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. Nigel, the owner, was lovely and the "serve youself anytime" continental style breakfast (with home-made cakes!) was a great idea. I'd be happy to stay again.
