The room was clean, but there is no additional room service once you check in. The hotel feels safe as far as being limited to only your assigned floor. It’s inconvenient to have to use your room card for light especially when you both have to step out.

It was a nice place but a couple of things went wrong they don't have heat in the rooms, and elevators and cable didn't work often. Staff was great and rooms were clean.

Good place to spend the night. Comfortable bed and basic amenities. Rooms not thoroughly cleaned. I could tell the bathroom floor was dirty but bedding was clean and clean towels provided. Located on a busy street and shopping area. A little difficult to get into but nothing crazy. Affordable and would stay again.
