Our villa provides excellent privacy both inside and out.

Set at the end of a local white gravel road, this is the perfect place for you, your family and friends to truly relax and enjoy your holiday in the magical real Italy of Le Marche.

Fantastic house - stunning location
We had a wonderful couple of weeks at Casa Oleandra. The house is beautiful , extremely comfortable and well equipped. We made great use of the swimming pool and table tennis table too! The views make this a very special place. It’s very rural and secluded which we loved. Gualdo is easy and quick to get to from the house by car and it has all the basics that we needed- including a great butcher who was so patient with our virtually non existent Italian (though we left with far more language than we came with!) Sarnano and Fermo are beautiful too. Huge thanks to Gail who was so accommodating and helpful .. we would love to return! This is an idyllic spot!

Wonderful holiday in a beautiful house and area
We all loved our holiday at Casa Oleandra. And our first visit to Le Marche. The house, garden, pool, views and area are stunning. The house is even lovelier than the pictures and very well equipped - we are missing watching the sheep from the roof terrace every morning and the bathrooms were fabulous! We all enjoyed the pool and table tennis and tore ourselves away to visit Sarnano plus Lago di Fiastra and Bolognola up in the Sibillini mountains which we’d recommend. Gail was so helpful and contactable and gave us so many useful tips - we agree the butcher, the bars and restaurant in Gualdo are great! Thank you and we can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely Stunning!
A wonderful house in a superb location. We've stayed in several properties in La Marche in recent years , but this is definitely the best of the best and ticked all our our boxes of secluded location, large pool, well appointed kitchen (including sharp knives!) and plenty of space for all the family. From the start of the booking process to our return home (yesterday) Gail couldn't have been more helpful. On the few occasions that we manged to drag ourselves away from the house there is plenty to do and see if wanted, and the nearby Gualdo and Sarnano are a must. An absolutely stunning location with lots of wildlife (Eagles & wild Boar etc) and the perfect place to unwind. We will certainly be back as soon as we are able!

A fabulous holiday
We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at Casa Oleandra. The house is amazing and just as the pictures portray. It had everything we could have ever needed and is very clean. The pool is amazing with wonderful views of the countryside and Gualdo. The locals in Gualdo were very friendly in particular Mary in the local butchers who made us fresh pasta everyday and would WhatsApp us telling us about the fresh meat available each day. Gail is a really helpful owner and was really flexible and understanding which was really important in these unpredictable times.

Beautiful location and villa
Fantastic location with great views towards Gualdo in one direction and the Sibillini mountains in the other. The owner Gail is extremely helpful, rapidly responding to any questions. The villa is immaculate throughout with high quality finish, especially in the multiple bathrooms. The kitchen is well equipped with a very large range cooker, outside is a BBQ and choice of outdoor seating/ eating areas close to the pool and in an open covered area next to the kitchen. The pool is fantastic, deep with a diving board giving endless entertainment for children (and a few adults trying to be children....). Also a decent table tennis table and a TV/DVD room. The surrounding area is full of medieval hilltop villages, Sarnano is particularly beautiful and well worth a visit, if it was in Tuscany it would be packed with tourists but not in the Marche! The Sibillini mountains form a beautiful backdrop and are only a short drive away, slightly longer on a bike and you'll need to like going uphill as there aren't many flat routes! The local bike hire Jimmy Stefoni was very helpful with bike delivery & pick-up and suggesting routes. The drive/ ride to the lake at Fiastra is worth doing to admire the scenery. The Grotte di Frasassi is a longer drive but worth it to see the caves packed full of huge stalagmites & stalagtites. In summary, a stunning villa in a great location for a family holiday.

Great experience
Wonderful location, very helpful owner, only downside is the several wakeup “calls” during the night and early in the morning when the neighbour works near the house with huge and loud tractor, but definitely this is part of the country life...

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa in stunning surroundings
We had a fantastic one week stay at Villa Casa Oleandra in the hills of Gualdo. We immediately fell in love with the luxury villa and the scenery from the property is breath taking. The mountains in the distance and the farm landscape surrounding the property is beautiful and peaceful. The only sound to be heard was the sheep bells of the resident flock which was so relaxing to listen to. The villa is immaculate and has a very high spec finish throughout. It had everything we needed for our stay making it feel like home. The rooms are nicely decorated throughout, and the kitchen is very well equipped. We cooked a few nights in the villa and found everything we needed to do this. The bedroom and en-suite facilities were fantastic and the roof terrace was lovely for an early morning coffee or evening wine. Gail, the owner was very helpful and provided all the information we wanted. The info pack gave great recommendations of where to visit in the vicinity. We found this very helpful. The village of Gualdo is close by with a café, restaurant and supermarket. Everyone was so friendly making you feel very welcome. Our favourite was Sarnano, a hilltop town that must be visited for the amazing scenery and authentic Italian lifestyle. The restaurants are a delight and very affordable. The locals again are so welcoming, it is defiantly worth a visit. We are looking forward to staying here again and have already recommended the villa and area to friends and neighbours.

Beautiful house and area
We stayed at the house for one week during the summer. We were overwhelmed by how friendly the people in the local area were towards us as soon as we arrived. The house had everything we wanted and more and we loved spending time by the swimming pool, sunbathing and taking in the gorgeous views of rolling hills and countryside. The Le Marche region has lots to offer and there are lots of quaint towns and villages to visit. Would thoroughly recommend and we are keen to visit again.
