昔の中国のホテル。フロントが余りに質素で笑える。設備も古い。スタッフも愛想もない。朝ご飯が不味い。立地は隣がモールでバーなどもあり食事には困らない。それだけ。

A pleasant stay

The hotel is dated, and could do with a refresh. That’s my only complaint. The rooms where very clean and bright and not a bad size. The staff are friendly although not many speak English, they try their best to help and use translation apps. The breakfast is plentiful, however they do not really cater to the European tastes, so don’t expect the usual continental breakfast, I found plenty to eat so never left hungry. There is a shopping complex across the road with plenty of restaurant, and again very little English spoken, they could not have been more helpful so no complaints there either. Overall a great stay.

旧空港跡地に位置するかつてのエアポートホテル

ビジネス出張での利用で、4泊しました。 徒歩3分圏内にレトロなショッピングモール(5号停機坪)があり、そこのイオンスーパーで惣菜含めアルコールが調達出来ます。 至近の地下鉄駅、「白雲公園駅」までは徒歩10分程度で、そこには近代的なショッピングモールがあります。 ホテルの部屋は清潔で、毎日ペットボトル2本の水をサプライしてくれましたので、初日に購入した3L入りの水は使いませんでした。浴室はシャワーのみでしたが、お湯の出は全く問題ありませんでした。 朝食の温かい状態で提供されるメニューは中華系が多く、 半分は毎日同じ内容でした。 フロントとコンシェルジュは親切で、いろいろと相談に乗ってくれました。 ホテルから徒歩5分程度のところに空港行きのバスの発着所があり、便利でした。

It was very hard to communicate with the front desk in English. The breakfast was below the normal, the gym room out of service, the swimming pool out of service,the bath room i mean the shower room,walls are dirty.

立地はいいけど

いつもはオーシャンホテルに宿泊していましが、遠景路に近い場所を探していてこちらのホテルを初めて利用しました。 ホテル目の前に百貨店や飲食店があったので、立地はとても良かったです。 ホテルもSTAFFの対応は普通でした。部屋の広さも広すぎず、狭すぎずといった感じで家具などは少し古めでしたが特に不便はありませんでした。ただ、宿泊した次の日にはベッドにダニがいたのか体中に赤いポツポツが出来ていました。過去に色々なホテルに泊まったことがありましたが、初めての事でした。タオル、シーツなど見た目は問題なかったですが正直、清潔さはお勧めしません。

離地鐵頗遠

房間不錯，床也寬！早餐一般，員工服務也很一般！concierge 說不能代訂外面的食店留座，又不會替住客叫的士！地鐵站離頗遠！我們目的是去廣州體育館看演唱會，以為路程近，誰知花了不少時間才到達！尤幸附近食肆頗多選擇

宿泊出来ず

白雲空港から近い、とありましたが、空港スタッフは誰も知りませんでした。何とかバスに乗ったものの、30分程度かかり、到着したらフロントから、到着が遅いので部屋はキャンセルし、他の客を入れたとのこと。満室で代わりの部屋やホテルも提案されませんでした。二度と利用しません。

鄰近5號停機坪購物商場及白云公園地鉄站

附近沒有什麼景點, 由於小朋友要去星期8小鎮, 故選擇此酒店. 酒店內部不錯的, 房間空間較小, 但尚算整潔. 服務員態度一般, 要求多要一張被子, 竟然說：沒有, 只有氈子. 連較舒適的被子都不能提供, 只有'拮肉'的氈子, 真奇怪. 酒店鄰近大型商場, 有大型超市及很多食店, 都幾方便.

Clean room and nice big bed

The only minus point was we booked through Expedia US & being Chinese national, the hotel staff didn't check expedia US & told us that they do not have any booking. We make long distance call to US. But when my boyfriend went back they found the booking & apologized. Which was a relief to us but I can imagine my phone bills!

On the whole everything is okay though there should be some provision for food and snacks to be served at night time. If one gets delayed outside, there is no such provision in the hotel and food has to be ordered from outside which is also not fully catered at times and is rather inconvenient.

Good Value for money

Arrived by air at local airport. Quoted RMB 300 for taxi inside terminal a bit less from touts. Elected to travel by airport bus for RMB 16 to down town terminus. A taxi cost RMB 30 back to the hotel where we were pleasantly surprised with the quality and hospitable staff with the added bonus of top grade very cheap food in the hotel restaurant. Would stay there on any future business trips.
