The decoration style suits my taste; it has a bit of the old Guangzhou feel. The location is fantastic. When you're tired from shopping, you can just go back to the hotel and rest. The waiters all greet you with smiles and explain things in detail when you ask for directions. It’s in a great location (the pedestrian street), and the walk from the nearest metro station is safe and takes you past lots of cute street food spots. The moon bridge and some bars are very close by too. Breakfast was a great spread of various Chinese dishes, but if you miss that, it’s not far to get to Shamian Island and a bunch of other sights. There’s an all day vending machine to get simple snacks and drinks on site. The rooftop is really cute too - the staff will bring you a free pot of tea once a day. Decorations were lovely and tasteful, old Cantonese vibes.
