"The property is near the beach and town but it has a lot of drawbacks Noisy dogs (5) next door that bark every time you go out to terrace or if the neighbours go as well. The property needs an upgrade in that external shutters did not work properly, air con only worked in one room and the gas boiler had an intermittent fault that meant having a cold shower occasionally. Also the general quality of the equipment was poor the bare minimum was supplied, (didn’t even have a salt and pepper pot)...

"Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend ca 10-15 Minuten Fußweg vom schönen naturbelassenen Sandstrand entfernt. Schirme und ein Rolly zum transportieren für den Strand war auch schon vorhanden. Der Gasgrill auf der Dachterrasse ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, jedoch hat er tadellos funktioniert. Ebenso ist die Küche ein wenig alt, aber es war alles da was man in einer Küche so braucht. "House is really nice and clean with all needed accommodations you need. Owner is super friendly and there was no problems during our stay. We just swim the sea next to terrace and enjoyed fresh fruits and sun. Perfect!"

"With four elderly people, we stayed there for four weeks. We had a great time. The apartment was in excellent condition. There is very good WiFi and a satellite TV available.
