"Upon arrival, we were impressed as the home was cute and tidy. That changed drastically as we found hair EVERYWHERE. On the toilets, showers, on the clean towels, in the bed, etc. There were multiple wads of hair on the floor and the baseboards were filthy. The host was quick to respond but denied ..."
