Desde el Director Andrea hasta el último camarero, se nota la ilusión con la que trabajan. Se nota que disfrutan de su trabajo. Nos ha sorprendido gratamente porque no éramos conscientes del cambio que ha tenido la gestión. La gastronomía estaba muy adecuada para ser una media pensión. Es cierto que la propiedad necesita una renovación pero entiendo que tiene que ser costososimo renovar una Villa Olímpica. Paso a Paso, repetiremos sin duda, a pesar del largo viaje ya que somos españoles.
