“The main big disappointment and what was not clearly indicated during the booking is that the resort does not have its own beach area - you have to go to a public beach or pay for a private beach - we had to pay for towels and beach beds each day (€.5 per towel per person per day and €30 per person per day for the beach beds). “Housekeeping forgot to clean up one of our room and I called at 4pm and asked them to make it up in the following 30-60mins when I was out. When I back to hotel at 8pm again the room remain the same. Finally they came and clean up and didn’t leave me new slippers (I left two notes to the reception, one in the morning and remind them again when I called at 4pm for housekeeping).
