“Beautiful property. Great (walkable) location to enjoy the city. Super breakfast. Front desk staff (Annalisa?) was exceptional! Went out of her way to help us make the absolute best use of our time. We booked this hotel specifically because it said “laundry facilities” and it was our laundry stop on a 16 day, 5 hotel stay . It should read “laundry services” as there are no facilities on site. When we asked for help,Annalisa found us a close, clean laundromat.”

“I like the property very much, very convenient. The only thing is that at the bar the bartender was pretty rude when I asked to play the piano as I am pianist and it was refused. Telling me all the time that "the manager does not allow anyone to play the piano", while other places I travel I am able to play the piano is was firmly denied by the bartender. The hotel should not have a piano if guests cannot use to entertain others.”
