Said to receptionist please ask for my room to be cleaned immediately, while I grab a coffee. Came back at 5.30pm still not cleaned. Gave up. One day came down for breakfast around 10.10am. Told breakfast finished despite hotels.com website saying breakfast was until 10.30pm. Poor quality hotel for the price paid."

"The location is decent; it’s close to the train station and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities are poor. We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "
