LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!!! You are on beautiful West Beach in Gulf Shores, close to great restaurants, ice cream shops, beach stores, The Hangout (home of the famous Hangout music festival) and much, much more! This is the West part of this beautiful beach front duplex and it is sure to please, with all the comforts of a vacation home while still being close to it all.

The lovely three-story duplex (west side of duplex) sleeps up to 16 people. It has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen.

The duplex is three stories. On the ground floor, as you enter, you will find a bedroom that has two twin bunk beds, sleeping four.

Then up a set of stairs you will find the ¨main floor¨. This has the living area, the kitchen, and the dining areas. The kitchen and dining areas are open and perfect for entertaining all of the house guests, and the living area opens to a deck that is sure to please. This main floor has a king bedroom with adjoining bath, as well as a sleeper sofa with pull-out bed.

Then up another set of stairs, you will find the top floor. Here we have three bedrooms and two baths. The master Gulf front bedroom features a king bed, an en suite bathroom and a large flat screen television. That level also features an additional bedroom with queen bed and a third bedroom with a bunk bed. The bunk bed has a twin on top and a full on bottom with twin trundle, sleeping four. There is a full bath in the hall.

FREE WIRELESS INTERNET and full cable service come with this lovely beach house.

The pool area is shared with the west side of the duplex and provides plenty of room for relaxing in the sun!
Have a large group? No problem, we also have the other side of the duplex available to rent as well.

Beautiful location. Would like to see a couple updates, especially windows facing the water. They got condensation between the panes and couldn't see the gulf on the cold mornings.

Sub par property and terrible property management
Overall this property has the BARE minimum to get by- I would never recommend this property. We called everyday for 4 days about the broken fridge/freezer. Calls were left unanswered and the slow to respond. Finally the fridge was replaced on the 6th day -after we had to throw away over six hundred dollars of spoiled fish, dairy and meat. After the property managers received my emails and calls there was no response for our loss. The next guests will get a NEW fridge as well as: - cockroaches (in the kitchen and basement) soo many in the basement room, we couldn’t use it. - broken microwave -broken toaster - dirty comforters (we had to wash to use) -mold growing in the bathrooms with caulk trying to hide the growth - lack of (and no) pillowcases and towels - main door doesn’t close all the way- constant loss of AC - leak on the second floor, causing the floorboard to break and pucker- watch out or get a splinter! Small basic comforts were missing that all added up to an uncomfortable stay (including burnt out bulbs, leaky faucets, loose banasters,etc) Everything is terribly dated, dirty and not worth your money. PROs - has a pool as stated Keep browsing and find something better for your family.

The house was perfectly located. A few things that were hard to use (like the back door). Swimming pool was all one depth which wasn’t satisfactory to this kids. Beautiful and perfect otherwise

Spindle on stairs broken. Screws came out of bed footboard and fell off. Kitchen chair leg was broken and glued back on but came off when moved. Back door wouldnt stay shut. Largest roaches i have every seen. I killed five . Showers were dangerous . Slippery. Daughter in law feel . Ice maker was locked and could not get unlocked.Down stairs bedroom has soft spot in floor by deck door.Dryer was noisey and kept pinching clothes and tearing or leaving black marks.Upstairs air conditioner went out but Chandler was a lot of help got someone there and repaired in a few hours. He was very helpful at that and checking in. I have rented a lot of vacation homes over the years thru vrbo and for what i paid for this one it should have been in better shape. Very disappointed and do not recommend staying there.

Amazing location
This place location was amazing! Spacious place with a communal pool that you share with the next duplex unit. The place wasn’t as clean as expected, some of the doors were hard up to open, and was missing some extra amenities like extra toilet and paper towel roll, dish sponge, and bowls which is why the 4 stars rating. But being beachfront was super convenient and nice to have a private beach space. Hop to the beach then back to the pool with a shower to rinse off the sand! Plenty of parking and can fit like 4-5 cars.
