This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.

Spend your beach trip at Boardwalk 782. The beach vibes will be yours in this 7th floor 2-bedroom 2-bathroom condo that can accommodate up to 7 people. When you want to kick back and relax lounge in the cheery living room which has floor to ceiling windows and a sliding glass door leading to the private gulf-front balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to enjoy a nice family meal. There is seating for 4 people at the dining table and 3 people can sit at the breakfast counter.

The primary bedroom which also has access to the beach front balcony has a comfy king size bed and the primary bath has a tub shower combination. The second bedroom has a twin and a full size bed and there is a 2nd full bathroom which also has a tub/shower combination. There is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room.

This 70-unit complex is in the heart of shopping attractions entertainment and dining including the famous Sea-n-Suds restaurant on-site. While outdoors enjoy the gulf side pool sundeck and BBQ area.

Monthly rentals available November - March 1st. FREE parking - 2 car maximum. . This is a Non-Smoking Unit and No Pets are permitted. Must be 25 years of age to rent.

During the spring break season, between the dates of March 1 through April 30 of each year, the person booking the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must be present to physically check in at our office with your government issued ID present.
