The private balcony overlooks the Bay AND the Gulf and is accessed from the Master Bedroom and the Living Room. There are 9-foot ceilings throughout with floor-to-ceiling windows, wet bar, garden tub in the master bath and full-size washer and dryer. The fully stocked kitchen has upscale stainless steel appliances, a standard coffee maker AND a Keurig!
