Nestled in the beautiful community of The Dunes, this beach house is the perfect spot for your next vacation. It's ideal for families, offering plenty of space for everyone to relax and have fun. On the first floor, you'll find a guest bedroom with a comfy queen-sized bed and a shared full bathroom near the kitchen. Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms: two have queen beds, another features a queen plus a twin bunk, and there's a spacious primary suite with a king bed, a luxurious bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, plus a twin bunk in the oversized closet for extra sleeping options. The upstairs bedrooms share a Jack and Jill hall bathroom.


The house boasts an open, airy living area with a big TV and plenty of cozy seating. It flows seamlessly into the dining space, which has a large table and a bar for breakfast or snacks. Just off the dining area, there's a second sitting spot with a sleeper sofa for two guests. The recently renovated kitchen has everything you need—granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig, and more—making meal prep a breeze! There’s also a private charcoal grill for outdoor cooking. With easy access to the beach, a community pool, and stunning Gulf views, Brighter Outlook I has all the features your family will love. This home is dog-friendly for up to two dogs. The following breeds are prohibited by the association by-laws: Doberman, Rottweiler, Chow, or Pit Bull. To book a pet friendly property, you MUST call the office Monday-Friday between 9-5. YOU CANNOT BOOK A PET FRIENDLY PROPERTY ONLINE.
Rules for renting with a dog:
-Your dog must be older than 9-months.
-Your dog must always remain on a leash when outside of the house.
-You must clean up after your dog.
-No excessive barking.
-Paid pet fee of $120 PER PET
Failure to follow these rules WILL result in immediate eviction of you or your dog, with no returned money.
