Very thorough communication throughout the trip. It was the small things that we noticed first. We arrived early and were able to get into the unit sooner than expected. The unit was pristine. There were oatmeal, k cups, and crackers in one of the kitchen drawers. There was also fish and laundry detergent there for us to use even though we brought our own. Also, there were extra throw blankets for us to use during our stay which was nice to have. Water pressure was great, the water was hot when we needed it to be. The WiFi was fast. All the tvs were smart tvs and easy to log into our accounts. Also, there were charging outlets on the headboards of the beds. Very clean and comfortable wih great views of the gulf. We enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to do it again. So many people were being rescued from higher floors and canceling their stays. My dad is 71 years old and it was his first trip ever to the beach. He went out to the water once but the walk back up all the stairs hurt his knees so bad he never once came down again. It was just disappointing as someone who loves Gulf Shores and wanted my family to love it to. Other than that, we thought the unit was beautiful, beds were comfy, and everything was clean. We will absolutely stay here again! Only hiccup we encountered was one of the elevators kept breaking down so getting to our room took a while.
