Sea Oats E202 sits at the back of the complex and has unobstructed views of Little Lagoon and some of the most beautiful sunsets that you'll ever see . . . right from your balcony. The complex is located 3.2 miles down West Beach Boulevard, where it's quiet and secluded. The Sea Oats complex sits on Little Lagoon and has deeded beach access right across the road. There's also a boat launch, plus a dock with a cleaning station if you're ready to catch your dinner! You'll love this updated 2 BR / 2 BA condo that sleeps 8, with a king bed in the master, two double beds in the guest bedroom and a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Unit includes one dedicated parking spot and additional parking available on the premises.

Complex Amenities: Wi-Fi, 2 outdoor pools, kiddie pool, boat launch, pier and cleaning station, grilling and picnic area, dedicated beach access and assigned parking spot. This complex has no elevator.

The condo is pet friendly for an additional non-refundable pet fee of $150, plus tax (dogs ONLY & certain restrictions apply).

A piece of peace!

Condo with a beautiful bay view
My husband and I loved our stay. The view was terrific! The condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities. Being a dog friendly place was super. Also a great place to fish and numerous grills for cookouts. The beach across the street was convenient and very nice. We're looking forward to going back!

Comfortable and well supplied kitchen
It was a very comfortable unit. It is four flights of steps to the unit, so if you have some issues with steps that might be a concern. The beds were very comfortable. Maybe it is normal in Gulf Shores for the internet and the wireless to go down daily? Access to the beach is great. Dog friendly . Thank you to the owner of property and Alabama VRBO.

Vacation on the Little lagoon
We enjoyed our stay in the condo on the Little Lagoon. It was a very nice condo. Beautiful sunset/sunrise views from the balcony. Please note there are four sets of stairs to get into the unit. We had a couple issues which one was addressed on the first day of our visit. The other was not resolved however we were compensated for the issue. We would definitely recommend this condo.

Pleasant stay on the lagoon
We really enjoyed staying at Sea Oats once the issue of having no air conditioning for 2 days was resolved. The condo was spacious and very nicely supplied. The location is wonderful. Check in and check out was easy. Our only issue being the A/C was completely out the first 2 days of our trip. These things happen, but my biggest gripe is the communication with the managing agency through it all. They did not call us back at all with updates about any of the ordeal. There were excessive heat warnings and the temperature inside got up to 88. Updates on progress would have helped, as well as having portable A/Cs handy in events such as these. Overall, we did have a nice time once this was fixed.

Property and condo were great! Beautifully decorated and plenty of room for everyone. Pool was nice, location to the beach was awesome and the kids had a blast. Condo was equipped with all we needed! The view of the lagoon off the balcony was nice to enjoy coffee and watch the boys fish in the mornings. The only problem we had was the room wasn’t ready until after 6pm and after a 12 hour drive, we were exhausted but the property managers and housekeeping were extremely nice and helpful! Would highly recommend and would come back in a heartbeat!

Great little place.
We enjoyed it very much. Was clean and the view was awesome. The internet was an issue. Could never use it. Kept saying unsecured and giving me warning messages. Never even asked for the sign in information and never worked. Other than That it was a great place.

Family Beach Condo
Condo was just as beautiful as the pictures, and very clean. We loved that it was close to stores but away from the busy city center. Comfortable beds and family room. The pool was great and the walk to the beach was perfect. The private beach for the condo complex was beautiful with soft white Sand. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved the accommodations, the balcony, the little things that made the condo feel like home and we loved being on the water. We felt very safe at this location and it was pretty easy to get around. Everyone we met was friendly and kind. We wished we had booked for a longer stay! We hope to return next year, for a longer stay for sure!

The condo was really nice! Very clean and had everything in the kitchen you could need. TVs were small in bedrooms and in main bedroom there was no remote for the tv. Bathrooms are small but manageable. The sofa wasn’t very comfortable. But overall a very nice place!

We had a great time at this location. Beautiful view in every room. Close to shopping and attractions. We enjoyed our mornings with a cup of coffee and watching the Neighborhood Pelican search for fish . Nice place the stairs were a bit much but that was our only problem.

The property was nice but the floors were dirty, not sufficient lighting, 2 bulbs were out, towel rack falling out of the wall in the bathroom. Otherwise, very nice and had a fun time. We also had a hard time understanding where to enter the property. We thought the red door was for fire entrance and had to ask someone late at night. We were really tired so that didn't help. Instructions in the check in section about where to enter would be good to add for future guests. We called the # and left a VM provided about the lighting and how to enter with no response or call back.

Fantastic
What a great time and location. The place was clean and exactly what was advertised. Nothing over the top but exactly what a family looking for vacation needs, especially when we are water people. We were within feet of the lagoon and beach. The complex was nice and not over crowded. The condo was stocked above and beyond our expectations with things we may need. Loved having a washer and dryer in our condo. There is no elevators so be prepared. They allowed our 2 dogs for a small extra fee. Over all we were beyond pleased.

Great location with beautiful views
This was the perfect place for my mother, myself, and my 4 year old son. We liked the view of the lagoon from our balcony and my son loved going out of the docks and watching the fish. The access to the beach across the street was also a plus. Lastly, the pools were great for the kid. He was so happy to be able to touch the bottom and play with others staying there. Would recommend for any family.
