Disappointing for a 5-star hotel Advertised as a 5-star hotel, but in my opinion it felt closer to a 3-star. The bedroom was clean, but there was no actual window—just a fake window with a light box and a printed sky, which was quite disappointing. The bathroom was not cleaned to a good standard, with mould under the sink rim and visible water damage to the door frame. Overall, the room and facilities felt dated. The spa was okay, but communication with the staff was difficult as very little English was spoken. Breakfast was basic and nothing special. I was also surprised that the hotel required the airport transfer to be paid in cash, as they do not accept cards for this service. Overall, not what I would expect from a hotel advertised as 5-star.
